This Privacy Policy explains how Cue Rush ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully.

Cue Rush does not upload, transmit, or store any of your data on our servers or any third-party server. There is no account system and no network transmission of personal data. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

Cue Rush does not require you to create an account or sign in.
Cue Rush does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data.
All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device only.
The in-app leaderboard is generated on your device; your score is added to it only after you give your explicit consent, and you can turn this off at any time.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or device advertising identifiers. The app does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that track you.

3. Data Stored On Your Device

To let you play and keep your progress, the following data is saved locally on your device (using the system's standard local storage) and is never uploaded to us or any third party:

Game progress: level, experience, coins, best score, matches played.
Cosmetic items you own or have equipped (ball skins, tables, avatars).
Achievements/badges and daily check-in records.
App preferences: music, haptics, and other settings.
Your leaderboard-sharing choice (whether your score is shown on the leaderboard).

This data remains on your device and is removed if you delete the app.

4. Leaderboard and Your Consent

The leaderboard shown in the app is generated locally for entertainment. The other players and their scores are simulated on the device. Your own best score is displayed on the leaderboard only after you tap "Agree" on the consent prompt. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Leaderboard → "Show My Score on Leaderboard". Your score is not uploaded to any server.

5. Children's Privacy

Cue Rush does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, the app is suitable for a general audience.

6. Data Security

Because your information stays on your device, it is protected by your device's own security features. We recommend keeping your device operating system up to date.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
